Rascal, helmed by Chef Mercer Mohr, is a whimsical, modern American diner featuring all day breakfast and market driven cuisine.  After 4 pm, Rascal offers a diverse  menu featuring USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, artisanal cheeses, and local and organic produce. It features a vibrant craft cocktail lounge with both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as Happy Hour. Rascal also offers an upscale private party experience seating up to 40 guests.
