Meat done well is a family tradition that’s been with us in the valley for 30 years; it’s a craft we’ve honed from backyard cookouts to the award-winning barbecue at Bobby D’s in Jerome. Now we’re bringing it home to Cottonwood. We wood-fire our premium meats using local oak for a rich, smokey flavor and high heat that seals in the juices and natural flavor.
